2. Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using Primeflow Digital's services, website, or SMS program, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. Our services are not intended for, and may not be used by, anyone under the age of 18.

If we discover that a person under 18 has provided us with personal information or is using our services, we will immediately terminate their access and delete their information.

SMS Program Description

4. Opt-Out Instructions

How to Stop Receiving Messages

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the phone number from which you received messages. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

How to Rejoin

To rejoin our SMS program after opting out, sign up as you did initially (through our website opt-in form), and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Your Carrier Charges

7. Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier's network and is outside of our control. We are not responsible for:

  • Messages blocked by carrier spam filters
  • Any technical issues with your mobile device or service

Wireless carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and others are not liable for any delays or failures in message delivery.

  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our SMS service

Maximum Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims related to our SMS service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the six months prior to the claim.

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any material changes via:

  • SMS notification to your registered phone number

Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the modified terms, you must stop using our services and opt out of SMS communications.

19. Governing Law

21. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Primeflow Digital regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
